the olive restaurant arranged a special drink and cake for my daughter i also appreciated the staff singing for her it was quite special and nice the staff at this hotel is well trained a plethora of activities are available for kids and adults
comparing this resort to others it's lacking the top tier experience i noticed arrogance from some managers they did not greet customers or hold doors open i stayed at other resorts and the lack of care is noticeable here

I was thrilled with the spacious rooms that included everything needed for my stay. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained I noticed. Breakfast options were good with separate adult and family areas on the nice beach. Super nice team and responsive. A definite plus.
the pool seemed to be missing a huge amount of grout and tiles in some areas which was unexpected.

The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom that features both a separate tub and rainfall shower. The balcony provided ample space with nice furniture, with a serene view of the manicured gardens. daily housekeeping ensured everything remained super clean. A real treat.

Breakfast offered vast options including western and asian selections with a dedicated egg station. The restaurant had themed dinner nights each evening. A very enjoyable option. Fresh ingredients were abundant at every meal which i loved.

staff members greeted guests with genuine smiles and were always eager to assist with a wide range of requests. Check-in was efficient and they provided a welcome drink upon arrival. the concierge service was helpful in arranging local tours for me.

the location is directly on the beach with easy access to the sand and sea. The resort felt secluded while still being convenient to nearby attractions. A complimentary shuttle service to the city was available several times a day.

the beach was very close. it seemed like our own private stretch of sand, just for the hotel guests! the staff were awesome. stiff, pu, wishkie, aor, and patt all were very nice.
i found some issues with maintenance. i noticed paint stains on the tiles! also, i saw glasses lying in the bushes.

Chef Mohan and his team met my son's dietary needs perfectly. All food was prepared and delivered wherever we were in the hotel. This. I appreciate this level of hospitality very much.
The breakfast area can get crowded, making the atmosphere feel a bit like a busy train station.

The resort features multiple pools winding through the hotel. A well-equipped kids' club provides many activities, and a large garden grows vegetables and fruits. Guests can also access a fitness center and enjoy organized activities for both adults and children.

The pool is very nice. I could walk in it and go all around the hotel. The beach is quiet and clean. Free sunscreen is provided, also aloe vera cream is available. I eat breakfast and it meets my taste. The spread is great.
I notice the staffs can not open their mouth to greet customers. They don't hold the door for customer. There is a level of arrogance I have picked up.

The 3 km swimming pool is absolute heaven. I ordered cocktails poolside while children played. The brochure at check-in outlines each day's activities, this made planning simple.

The staff is very friendly and smiling. Themed restaurant nights were curated beautifully. We get the welcome is beyond warm. I felt treated like royalty. It isn't 5-star service, it is beyond.
